The bullionbars.eu website is owned by C&C Jewellery Imports Ltd T/A Atkinsons the Jewellers, 14d Birmingham Road, Sutton Coldifled, B72 1QG (company no. 05079783).

By using this website and/or entering into dealings with us you agree to accept the following Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update and change the website and these terms without prior warning or notice. These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights. These terms and any contract  entered into in consequence of your use of our website are subject to English law and the sole jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales. In order to use our service you must be 18 years of age or over.

All prices indicated on the website are purely an indication and are subject to change based on the appropriate Gold price at time of order. This will be discussed with you at time of order, when we will confirm the actual price of the relevant items. We try our best to keep the prices shown on the website as up-to-date as possible.

We reserve the right to withdraw these items from sale at any time without prior notice. Items within this section are subject to stock availability.

Any items ordered from us will not be delivered until full payment has been received in cleared funds. We accept Bank Transfer, Personal Cheque or Cash. We cannot accept payment via Credit Cards. If you wish, you can visit our retail jewellery shop in Sutton Coldfield where you can discuss your requirements, pay your invoice and collect your goods. (Collection by prior arrangement only)

You will be required to provide a delivery address at time of order. Goods will then be dispatched to this address once payment has been cleared. You will be responsible to ensure their safe receipt at the address provided. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

We cannot be held responsible for delays to the postal system which may affect delivery of your goods.

Ownership of goods passes to the customer once full payment is received and delivery has been made.

Postal costs are applicable and payable by you on all orders. Charges are subject to change and will be set out at time of order.

Failure to deliver an order on our part will result in a full refund of the original amount paid. No liability will be accepted by us for any price fluctuation in those circumstances.

Orders can be made with us by calling us free us on 0800 6446 375 and asking  for the Bullion Desk. Or online using our online order form and we will confirm the price in the invoice which will follow as soon as we are available to do so during trading hours.

If you, the customer, make an order for an item which is not in stock, we are not responsible for the fluctuation in the Gold price and therefore the market value of the items ordered. If an order you have made gains or loses value before the items are delivered, and you wish to cancel you order after you have paid for it, you will only receive a refund equal to the amount paid, subject to a cancellation fee (see section 4).

The right to cancel under Regulation 13 of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 does not apply because the price of all goods that we sell is dependant upon fluctuations in the financial markets that are beyond our control. In the event that you wish to cancel an order for an item for which you have paid prior to its coming into stock, in consequence of a price fluctuation, the cancellation charge will be 2.5% of the total order value, plus any consequential loss owing to the fluctuation in the price of the materials.

We may use your personal information to conduct anti fraud checks. Information which you supply may be given to credit reference or fraud prevention agencies.

All personal information provided will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1998.

The service provided by us will be exercised with reasonable skill and care and performed within a reasonable time and as described in these terms. We do not make any guarantees about the provision of our products and we do not provide financial advice.

We cannot be held responsible for our products once ownership has been passed to the customer.
